When do tickets go on sale?

Prices listed on Moshtix are per person.

What is a pod?

All guests will have a socially distanced area with picnic table seating (pod) to call their own so they can share the experience, music and food with their family and friends while never risking losing their spot.

Which section should I buy?

That depends on what you are into…..

PLATINUM SECTION

Picnic tables closest to the front, first seven rows!

GOLD SECTION  

Picnic tables with great views, rows eight to fourteen

SILVER SECTION  

Picnic tables in our favourite position, in line with where we mix the sound, close to bars!

BRONZE SECTION

Best ticket price at the event, come with more friends!

 

Do I need to buy a whole pod?

Yes you do. Pods can be purchased for 4 or 6 people. You can change the names of the people in your pod until the day of the event for an admin fee of $3.

Why do you need everyone’s name and contact details for the pod?

For contact tracing, we need to be able to contact everyone who attended the event. This is like doing the QR code check at your local café, your ticket will be your check-in.

Can we purchase a whole pod (e.g. 4 person capacity) and have less people (e.g. 2 people)?

Yes, but you will need to cover the cost of the entire pod. When purchasing, all tickets require a name and DOB. For the extra ticket/s, you can double up on the names. Please ensure you include correct details of all attendees for contact tracing purposes.

How many tickets can you buy in one transaction?

You can only purchase one whole pod (4 or 6 person capacity) per transaction.

Can you put my friend’s pod next to mine?

Yes! Just use the same email address for both transactions and we’ll be able to sit you near each other!

If you have already bought your pods and didn’t use the same email to purchase the tickets, shoot an email to [email protected] with the show name, purchaser names, email addresses and order numbers and we’ll see what we can do!

 

EVENT FACILITIES

We will have fully licensed bars selling a range of alcoholic, low alcohol and alcohol-free drinks.

We will have a range of food stalls that will include vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options.

When the artist has merchandise to sell, we will sell it.

 

BYO?

Sorry but there is NO BYO FOOD OR DRINKS (alcoholic or otherwise) to this event. We are a fully licensed venue. Please don’t turn up with eskies full of goodies, you will need to check it into the cloakroom and that will make everyone grumpy.

 

CAN I BRING A TALL CHAIR FOR A BETTER VIEW?

That wouldn’t be cool, we have picnic tables for you to sit on when you arrive! These seats will be allocated to you when you buy your tickets.

 

WHAT DOES ALL AGES MEAN?

This means that anyone of any age can attend the event. All children will be required to have a ticket purchased and in their name. This is in line with the current public health order that includes people of all ages in total venue capacities. Under 18s MUST be accompanied by an adult.

 

IS THIS EVENT ACCESSIBLE FOR ALL?

We have made a number of provisions to ensure our events are accessible to all.

These include provision of:

  • a complimentary carer ticket*
  • accessible entrance lanes and toilet facilities
  • designated pods*

*To request a companion card ticket, you must hold a valid NSW companion card and email [email protected] to arrange.

**At point of purchase customers can nominate their need for a dedicated pod.

 

GETTING THERE

The Domain is conveniently located in the heart of the city. We are close to Martin Place and Museum stations. The Domain carpark is next to the venue for those who want to use private transport. We will be operating a drop off zone on Hospital Rd for when you arrive. Whichever option you chose please travel COVID 19 safe and wear a mask on public transport, Ubers and taxis and whenever you can’t socially distance.

 

HOW ARE THE SHOWS COVID SAFE?

Summer in the Domain has a COVID 19 Safe Plan and is registered as a COVID 19 safe business.

The event is operating under the current health order which includes a limited capacity of 2000 patrons.

Each pod will be separated and monitored by COVID 19 marshals.

Our food, drink and toilet facilities are separated around the event site to reduce queuing, patrons will be asked to return to their pod when they have used the facilities.

Staff and patrons will be encouraged to wear masks where social distancing is not possible.

Bars, merchandise and food stalls will have contactless payment. No cash payments at the event.

Hand sanitising stations will be available throughout the venue.

Dedicated cleaners for high contact areas.

All patrons and staff will be required to complete a questionnaire before attending the event and will not be permitted into the venue if they are displaying symptoms.

Summer in the Domain will be doing 100% contract tracing of all customers, staff and performers before they enter the event site.

 

Patrons must abide by the directions of the COVID team, failure to do so may result in eviction.
